Until recently, I worked as an illustrator and specialized in mass market book jacket covers. Over the years, I have easily done over a 1000 covers. I retired from illustration a couple of years ago in order to pursue Fine Art and Commissioned work. Some have suggested that I don't let the higher ups in the art world know that I did illustration, even suggesting that I slightly change or alter my name the way many other artists who worked as illustrators have done. I refuse to do that. I'm proud of what I've done. Illustration put food on my table and allowed me to make a living as a representational painter. This is just a small sampling of my illustration and toward the end of the gallery, there pictures of some of the proofs.
